Our Favorite Tech Features Inside the New 2023 INFINITI Q50

High-Tech Features in a Luxurious and Athletic Sedan

The 2023 INFINITI Q50 continues the automaker’s tradition of building sporty vehicles with luxurious and high-tech appointments. The 2023 INFINITI Q50 technology includes power interior features and a plethora of driver-assistive components. Along with the stylish details and tech features, the new 2023 Q50 comes with three years of complimentary INFINITI Premium Care, giving drivers access to vehicle inspections, oil changes, and other routine maintenance services.

Our Favorite Interior Technology

At South Motors INFINITI near Palmetto Bay, our favorite technology in the newest Q50 models includes the exceptional sound system and intuitive touchscreens. In the entry-level Luxe trim, we appreciate the 8.0-inch upper touchscreen and the 7.0-inch lower touchscreen. The upper screen shows the output, while the lower screen gives drivers easy access to the center console controls.

All INFINITI Q50 models have Navigation, Bluetooth, HD Radio, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Android Auto, wireless Apple CarPlay, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. The standard 16-speaker Bose audio system delivers a premium and balanced sound.

The mid-level Q50 has the same tech features included in the Luxe trim, and the Q50 Red Sport 400 adds upgraded performance features while continuing the premium infotainment in the Luxe trim.

Safety Features Enhancing the Twin-Turbo V6 Powertrain

INFINITI excels at pairing driver-assistive technology with performance features. The standard powertrain is a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 with a seven-speed automatic transmission. The twin-turbo V6 delivers 300 horsepower and gets an EPA-estimated fuel rating of 20/29 when outfitted with rear-wheel drive in the Luxe and Sensory trim.

The automaker also offers the impressively quick Q50 Red Sport 400 with the same engine tuned to achieve 400 horsepower. This model features steering-wheel paddle shifters and electronic dynamic suspension. It also has upgraded semi-aniline leather upholstery and exterior badging. The EPA-estimated fuel rating on the Red Sport 400 is 20/26 MPG.

All 2023 INFINITI Q50 features several standard driver-assistive technologies including Forward Collision Warning, Forward and Reverse Automatic Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Front and Rear Parking Sensors, a Surround-View Parking Camera System, and Adaptive Cruise Control. With so many standard safety features, INFINITI does not need to offer any driver-assistive upgrades for the luxury sedan.
