Everything You Need to Know About the All-New 2023 INFINITI Q50
Introducing the All-New 2023 INFINITI Q50 in Miami, FL
As many automakers are shutting down the production of sedans and turning to SUVs and trucks, INFINITI is doing the opposite by investing in its sporty Q50 sedan. For 2023, the INFINITI Q50 comes in three exceptional trims: Luxe, Sensory, and Red Sport 400. All models are well-equipped with several standard safety features, impressive infotainment, and luxurious interior appointments.
The attention to detail doesn’t stop with styling, as the Q50 includes powertrains that attract discerning drivers. At South Motors INFINITI in Miami, Florida, we anticipate a delivery date later in 2022, and our sales team can’t wait to show off the athletically built luxury sedan.
What’s Under the Hood
INFINITI has one impressively engineered engine with two configurations. The 3.0-liter VR-series Twin-Turbo V6 delivers 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque in the Luxe and Sensory trims. The 2023 INFINITI Q50 Red Sport 400 has the same 3.0-liter V6 engine, but it’s enhanced to deliver 400 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque.
Both engines come with a seven-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode and Downshift Rev Matching. The Q50 Red Sport 400 has steering-wheel paddle shifters for drivers who want to take control of the RPMs. All models come standard with rear-wheel drive, but INFINITI offers its Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system for all trims.
The Red Sport 400 trim has additional performance features to delineate it from the other trims. Drivers who choose the Red Sport 400 will get red calipers on its sport brakes, Dynamic Digital Suspension, and slightly wider standard tires to enhance the top trim’s high-performance look.
Impressive Technology
The 2023 INFINITI Q50 comes with high-definition displays with standard features including wireless Apple CarPlay® and wired Android Auto™, SiriusXM Satellite Radio™, Navigation, Bluetooth, a pair of USB ports, and the INFINITI InTouch Services. Buyers can add a 16-speaker Bose Performance Series audio system.
All trims have LED headlights and taillights. For an aggressive stance, the Sensory and Red Sport 400 trim has a lowered front bumper. The entry-level Luxe trim has 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, while the top two models have 19-inch wheels.
The sport sedan comes with a suite of driver-assistive technology with Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keep Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, Forward Collision Warning, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, a Surround-View Parking Camera System, and Front and Rear Parking Sensors.
