A hot-hatch in Infiniti's future?
Details and confirmation are lacking, right now, but it still is exciting news. The hatch would be positioned under the G and would join the Infiniti JX in a future lineup. What lends validity to this news is the cooperative agreement Infiniti signed back in April of 2010 with Mercedes Benz, agreeing to share platforms and engine tech between the two companies. This would allow Infiniti to take on the A3, the 1-series and the Volvo C30 in the first Japanese pursuit of entry-level performance-luxury and secure a younger demographic.
